The trash-day difference
Built around the one date generic tools ignore.
You clean the day of or day after pickup, when the cans are empty. So capacity is measured per pickup-day, not per week. Binwash makes that the center of the whole schedule.
Choose a cadence
Customers pick how often, from a one-off to a recurring plan. You decide which to offer.
Tell us your trash day
Pickup day is captured at signup and anchors every visit. Recycling and yard-waste can run their own days.
We clean around it
Visits land on the pickup-day route, a reminder goes out the night before, and the plan renews itself.
What you get on day one
The whole route, on one login.
Built for the way solo operators and multi-truck crews actually work, from the first door hanger to the twelfth renewal.
Subscriptions that renew themselves
Monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly cadences with auto-renewal, prepay packs, and retention pricing baked in.
Trash-day-anchored routes
Every customer is anchored to their pickup day. We come the day of or day after, when the cans are empty.
Per-bin pricing
Bill two bins at the base rate and add recycling or yard-waste at a per-bin add-on. Customers see the math.
Before and after photos
Every stop can carry a before / after pair straight to the customer record and their visit page.
Night-before reminders
The evening before service, customers get an email to leave the cans out. Fewer blocked stops, fewer misses.
Skip and vacation hold
Customers pause or skip a visit from their own link. The subscription stays intact and simply reschedules.
Reviews and rebooking
After a paid visit we ask for the review, gate the low ones, and keep the happy ones on their cadence.

What operators ask before signing up.
What does Binwash Pro actually do?
It runs the full bin-cleaning loop: a booking widget, recurring subscriptions, trash-day route building, night-before reminders, before / after photos, per-bin invoicing, and the review-and-rebook cycle. It is the software you would otherwise assemble from a spreadsheet, a booking form, and a stack of text threads.
How does trash-day scheduling work?
Each customer gives their trash pickup day at signup. Because you clean the day of or day after pickup, every visit is anchored to that weekday and routes build themselves per pickup-day. Recycling and yard-waste can carry their own separate days when they differ.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Business tier is free for 7 days and we do not ask for a card until you decide to keep it. If you do not, your account simply returns to the free directory listing. Nothing is deleted.
How does per-bin pricing work?
You set a base rate for the first bins and a per-bin add-on for extras like recycling or yard-waste. Each visit shows the math, so a three-bin stop reads as the base plus one add-on rather than a flat mystery charge.
Can customers pause for vacation?
Yes. From their own link a customer can skip the next visit or hold the plan for a stretch. The subscription stays intact, the next visit reschedules, and there is no charge for the skipped cycle.
What should I call them, bins or cans?
Your call. A vocabulary setting white-labels the whole storefront, so you can say bin, can, cart, tote, or wheelie and every page follows your customers' language, not ours.
How do reminders reach customers?
The evening before each scheduled visit, customers get an email to leave the cans out. It is the single biggest reducer of blocked-driveway misses. Reminders send from a warmed domain; text messaging is on the roadmap, not the base price.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your data, your subdomain, and any printed QR codes all keep working. If you have not picked a paid tier, the workflow tools go quiet and your listing stays live on the directory until you are ready.
Do you handle HOAs and property managers?
Yes, on the Pro tier. Contract mode links many units to one agreement, bills the manager on a single invoice, and stores the insurance and wastewater-compliance documents those bids ask for.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Customers, visits, invoices, and photos are yours, and your subdomain is permanent so the QR codes on your door hangers never break. If you ever leave, your listing and data come with you.
